Role & responsibilities

Strategy and Planning:

  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies:

    Creating comprehensive plans to achieve marketing goals, such as increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, or generating leads.
  • Identify and analyze market trends:

    Staying informed about the latest digital marketing trends and competitor activities to inform strategy development.
  • Manage budgets and resources:

    Allocating funds effectively across different digital marketing channels and campaigns.
  • Set KPIs and track performance:

    Defining key performance indicators to measure the success of campaigns and using data to optimize future efforts.
  • Collaborate with other teams:

    Working with design, development, and content teams to ensure cohesive and effective campaigns.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee all digital marketing campaigns:

    Managing the execution of campaigns across various channels, including SEO/SEM, social media, email, and online advertising.
  • Manage social media presence:

    Developing and maintaining a consistent brand presence across social media platforms.
  • Create and manage content:

    Developing engaging content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.
  • Optimize user experience:

    Ensuring websites and landing pages are user-friendly and optimized for conversions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and analyze results:

    Experimenting with different campaign elements to identify what works best and improve performance.

Reporting and Analysis:

  • Monitor and analyze website traffic and engagement:

    Tracking key metrics like website visits, bounce rates, and time on page to understand user behavior.
  • Analyze campaign performance:

    Evaluating the success of digital marketing campaigns by tracking KPIs and ROI.
  • Generate reports and present findings:

    Creating clear and concise reports on campaign performance for stakeholders.
  • Identify areas for improvement and optimization:

    Using data analysis to identify areas where campaigns can be improved and make data-driven decisions.
