Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Digital Marketing Executive to lead and manage our

online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and

optimizing digital campaigns across all platforms to generate quality leads for real estate plotting

projects and enhance brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute digital marketing strategies across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and WhatsApp

campaigns.

• Run lead generation campaigns focused on real estate plotting projects.
• Manage SEO, SEM, SMM, and website performance analytics.
• Create and manage content for social media, emailers, reels, and landing pages.
• Monitor campaign performance, generate reports, and optimize to improve ROI.
• Work closely with the sales and design team to ensure alignment with campaigns and

creative requirements.

• Manage WhatsApp Business API and CRM integrations.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in digital marketing and real estate audience targeting.
• Handle online reputation management (Google Reviews, Facebook Comments, etc.)

Requirements:

• Graduate in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a relevant field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in digital marketing (real estate sector preferred).
• Proficient in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO tools, and basic design platforms like

Canva.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Facebook

Pixel. Ability to handle multiple campaigns, reporting, and A/B testing.

• Fluent in Hindi and English (written & spoken).
• Team player with a proactive attitude and deadline-oriented approach.
