Job Description

1. Lead Generation & Management

Run targeted Facebook, Instagram, and Google Ads for two-wheeler models.

Track leads from digital campaigns and share them with the sales team.

Coordinate with Enquiry Management Executives to ensure lead follow-up.

Monitor cost-per-lead (CPL) and lead conversion ratios.

2. Social Media Management

Maintain and update showroom pages on Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp Business, and YouTube.

Post regular content about:

New vehicle launches

Offers & schemes

Customer deliveries

Service reminders

Engage with followers via comments and messages.

3. Content Creation & Campaign Design

Design banners, posters, videos, reels, and stories using Canva or similar tools.

Collaborate with graphic designers or agencies (if outsourced).

Plan festive and seasonal campaigns in advance.

4. Website & SEO

Ensure showroom or dealer microsite is updated (offers, vehicle info, contact).

Optimize local SEO (Google My Business, keywords, reviews).

Encourage satisfied customers to leave positive reviews online.

5. Google My Business (GMB) Optimization

Regularly update GMB with photos, reviews, showroom timings, offers.

Respond to reviews (positive & negative) in a professional manner.

6. CRM & WhatsApp Marketing

Run bulk SMS, WhatsApp, and email campaigns for:

Test ride follow-ups

Exchange offers

Service reminders

EMI and festive offers

7. Online Reputation Management (ORM)

Monitor and manage brand reputation on platforms like Google Reviews, Facebook, JustDial, etc.

Address customer complaints or queries received via online platforms.

8. Coordination & Reporting

Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on:

Campaign performance

Lead volume and quality

ROI from digital channels

Coordinate with sales, service, and customer relationship teams for promotions and feedback.

9. Event Promotion

Promote showroom events such as free check-up camps, finance melas, or customer meets via online platforms.

Create pre-event buzz and post-event highlights.

10. Digital Innovations & Competitor Analysis

Monitor competitor dealerships’ digital activities.

Recommend new tools or trends (e.g., influencer marketing, video ads, AI chatbots)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
