Digital Marketing Manager

Are you a results-oriented and experienced digital marketing leader looking for an exciting opportunity to drive impactful campaigns and mentor a growing team? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager to spearhead our performance-driven digital marketing initiatives. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for the strategic planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing efforts across SEO, paid media and engaging content. You will also play a crucial role in guiding and developing a talented junior team, ensuring the delivery of timely and insightful performance reports.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive digital marketing strategies encompassing SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email marketing, and other relevant channels.
• Strategically manage and optimize campaigns across major advertising platforms, including Google Ads (Search, Display, Video), Meta Ads (Facebook, Instagram), and YouTube.
• Provide effective supervision, mentorship, and guidance to our digital marketing trainee team, fostering their growth and development.
• Conduct in-depth analysis of campaign performance, leveraging tools such as Google Analytics (UA and GA4), Meta Business Suite, and other analytics platforms to generate clear and actionable reports.
• Collaborate effectively with content, design, and SEO teams to ensure alignment and achieve cohesive cross-functional marketing objectives.
• Drive significant lead generation and continuously optimize conversion funnels to maximize marketing ROI.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results.
• Demonstrated proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms.
• Deep understanding of SEO principles and hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console.
• Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into effective marketing strategies.
• Strong team leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Malayalam is considered a significant advantage.
• Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and CRM tools is highly preferred.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
