Join our team as a Social Media & Content Trainee and gain hands-on experience managing content calendars, posting reels, writing captions, and engaging with the audience. This role is perfect for someone who loves social media, storytelling, and creative content.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily posting on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
Write captions in English and Malayalam as needed
Coordinate with the graphics team for reels and carousel posts
Reply to comments, DMs, and engage with followers
Monitor trends and suggest content ideas
Requirements:
Passion for content creation and social media trends
Basic Canva or design tool knowledge is a plus
Strong written communication skills
English+Malayalam preferred
Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
