Digital Marketing Manager

As a highly skilled and motivated Digital Marketing Manager, you will have the exciting opportunity to drive impactful campaigns and mentor a growing team. Your main responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive digital marketing strategies across various channels such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and email marketing. You will strategically manage and optimize campaigns on major advertising platforms like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube. Additionally, you will provide effective supervision, mentorship, and guidance to the digital marketing team, ensuring their growth and development. Your role will also involve conducting in-depth analysis of campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite to generate clear and actionable reports. Collaboration with content, design, and SEO teams will be essential to ensure alignment and achieve cohesive cross-functional marketing objectives. Driving lead generation and optimizing conversion funnels to maximize marketing ROI will be crucial aspects of your responsibilities. To be successful in this role, you should have a minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles, with a strong track record of achieving measurable results. Proficiency in managing and optimizing campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads platforms is required. A deep understanding of SEO principles and experience with tools like SEMRush, Ahrefs, and Google Search Console is essential. Exceptional analytical skills, team leadership abilities, and strong written and verbal communication skills in English are also important. Proficiency in Malayalam is considered an advantage. Experience with Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4 (GA4), and CRM tools is highly preferred. This is a full-time position with a day shift schedule. The work location is in person.,
