Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Digital Marketing Manager based in Kochi. The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies, managing social media marketing campaigns, generating leads, and analyzing web analytics data. Daily tasks will include coordinating with various teams to ensure integrated marketing efforts, optimizing digital content for performance, and assessing the effectiveness of digital marketing campaigns.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing
  • Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies
  • Experience in lead generation, social media, email marketing, and display advertising
  • Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g. Google Analytics, WebTrends)
  • Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategies and best practices
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally with different teams and external vendors
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and strategically, with the ability to implement new ideas and processes effectively and efficiently

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute all digital marketing, marketing database, email, social media and display advertising campaigns
  • Design, build and maintain our social media presence
  • Measure and report the performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
  • Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insightsBrainstorm new and creative growth strategies
  • Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion testsCollaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch pointsInstrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
  • Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
  • Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate

Requirements and skills

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing Demonstrable experience leading and managing marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
  • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform and motivate
  • Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnelsExperience with A/B and multivariate experimentsSolid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, Omniture, WebTrends)Working knowledge of ad serving tools (e.g., DART, Atlas)
  • Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
