You'll lead the charge in generating high-quality leads, enhancing brand visibility, and aligning marketing initiatives with strategic business objectives.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy & Performance Optimization

  • Design and execute a comprehensive, data-driven B2B marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
  • Lead demand generation and nurture initiatives to attract, engage, and convert high-quality prospects.
  • Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics to ensure measurable ROI.
  • Conduct continuous A/B testing, optimization, and iteration to boost campaign impact and conversion rates.

Digital & Content Marketing

  • Strengthen brand positioning through strategic brand marketing initiatives across digital platforms.
  • Own the content strategy—developing compelling content that drives engagement and lead generation.
  • Boost website traffic and discoverability using robust SEO and SEM practices.
  • Develop and execute social media strategies across LinkedIn and other key platforms to grow presence and engagement.
  • Identify and target potential leads via LinkedIn, industry portals, email campaigns, and relevant events.
  • Implement lead nurturing via email and CRM marketing, using automation tools to streamline engagement.

Leadership & Collaboration

  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team focused on experimentation and results.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, design, and leadership teams to create integrated campaigns that meet growth goals.
  • Present insight-driven strategies and campaign performance updates to key stakeholders and leadership.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • 7+ years of experience in B2B digital marketing, with at least 5 years in leadership roles within the services industry.
  • Demonstrated expertise in digital lead generation, marketing strategy, and campaign execution.
  • Strong grasp of SEO, SEM, content marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and performance measurement tools.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to blend creative storytelling with analytical rigor.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
