Roles & Responsibilities :

Content Creation & Marketing

• Assist in writing blogs, website content, email newsletters, and social media posts.
• Research industry-related topics to create fresh and engaging content.
• Optimize content for SEO and readability.

2. Social Media Management

• Help plan, schedule, and publish posts across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, X/Twitter, TikTok).
• Monitor and respond to audience engagement (likes, comments, messages).
• Assist in creating social media reports and analyzing engagement metrics.

3. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

• Conduct keyword research using tools like Google Keyword Planner or Ubersuggest.
• Optimize website and blog content for keywords.
• Monitor search rankings and traffic growth.

4. Email Marketing

• Assist in drafting and designing email campaigns.
• Segment email lists and track open/click rates using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot.
• Analyze campaign performance.

5. Analytics and Reporting

• Track digital marketing performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, and others.
• Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.
• Provide insights or suggestions based on analytics.

6. Campaign Support

• Support paid ad campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads).
• Monitor ad performance and suggest optimizations.
• Help with A/B testing different versions of ads or landing pages.

7. Market & Competitor Research

• Research trends, competitors, and industry best practices.
• Identify new opportunities or audience segments.

8. Basic Graphic Design / Multimedia Support

• Assist in designing simple creatives using Canva or Adobe tools.
• Help edit basic videos or reels for social media (if applicable).

9. Website & Landing Page Updates

• Support content updates on the company’s website using CMS platforms like WordPress or Webflow.
• Ensure content and design are mobile-friendly and SEO-optimized.

10. Administrative and Team Support

• Attend team meetings, take notes, and help with project coordination.
• Maintain marketing calendars, content schedules, and campaign timelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹8,086.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month
