Role Description

The Business Development Intern will be responsible for driving client acquisition, building strategic partnerships, and expanding market presence for Zverev Labs’ regulated crypto offerings, including P2P Crypto Exchange Services, Crypto FD, Crypto SIP, and Crypto Loans. The role demands strong industry knowledge, proven sales experience, and the ability to navigate a compliance-heavy environment under FIU-IND regulations.

Key Responsibilities

•⁠ ⁠Digital Marketing Campaign for Client Acquisition & Sales

•⁠ ⁠Identify, target, and onboard individual and institutional clients for P2P crypto trading, Crypto FD, SIP, and loan products.

•⁠ ⁠Develop and execute marketing strategies to meet monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

•⁠ ⁠Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and client consultations tailored to investor needs.

•⁠ ⁠Maintain a robust marketing pipeline and ensure consistent follow-ups.

Partnership Development

•⁠ ⁠Establish digital partnerships with liquidity providers, OTC desks, and payment gateways.

•⁠ ⁠Leverage Digital Platforms to Build alliances with wealth managers, crypto traders, HNI networks, and fintech communities.

•⁠ ⁠Negotiate commercial terms and sign agreements that align with company growth goals.

•⁠ ⁠Market Research & Strategy

•⁠ ⁠Use Advanced AI Tools to Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to refine sales strategies.

•⁠ ⁠Identify new campaign growth opportunities in the crypto investment and lending space.

•⁠ ⁠Provide feedback to the product team for feature enhancements based on client needs.

Brand Representation

•⁠ ⁠Represent Zverev Labs at crypto and fintech events, webinars, and conferences.

•⁠ ⁠Actively engage in networking activities to increase brand visibility and trust.

Qualifications

• Strong Digital Marketing, Analytical Skills and Market Research abilities
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Online Lead Generation & Closure.
• Ability to work well in a startup environment.
• Interest in the cryptocurrency market is a plus
• Pursuing or completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field
