Digital Marketing Head

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Lead and manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and performance marketing channels.
• Drive brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition through innovative campaigns.
• Oversee marketing analytics, ROI measurement, and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaborate with Sales, Academics, and Product teams to ensure cohesive branding and messaging.
• Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital marketing team.
• Manage marketing budgets and optimize spends for maximum impact.
• Stay updated with emerging digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices, especially within the EdTech sector.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 8–10 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing with at least 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong preference for candidates with prior EdTech industry experience.
• Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, and Marketing Automation.
• Solid understanding of performance metrics, data analytics, and growth marketing.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and strategic thinking skills.
• Ability to drive measurable outcomes and business growth.
