About the Role: We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Executive cum Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can seamlessly blend strategic social media management with eye-catching graphic design to elevate brand presence and engagement across platforms. Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management Manage and grow all company social media handles (Instagram, Pinterest, Google, etc.) Analyze performance metrics daily and optimize strategies accordingly Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content schedules Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes Graphic Design & Content Creation Design high-quality social media posts, stories, and digital creatives Use design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW , or similar Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content Collaborate with other departments for content needs Requirements: Experience: 1–2 years in social media marketing & content creation Education: BCom / BBA / MBA (Preferred) Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or equivalent) Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic analytics Solid knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, Google, and other trending platforms Experience with content management systems and scheduling tools Up-to-date with latest digital trends, hashtags, and platform updates Strong communication skills in English (Preferred) Preferred Certifications: Digital Marketing Certification (Preferred) Work Requirements: Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Kolkata , West Bengal before starting work If you’re passionate about storytelling through design and strategy, and love to bring creative ideas to life, we’d love to hear from you!
