Graphic Designer & Video Editor

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven Social Media Executive cum Graphic Designer to join our team. This role is perfect for someone who can seamlessly blend strategic social media management with eye-catching graphic design to elevate brand presence and engagement across platforms.

Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management

• Manage and grow all company social media handles (Instagram, Pinterest, Google, etc.)
• Analyze performance metrics daily and optimize strategies accordingly
• Create, schedule, and publish engaging content across platforms
• Develop and maintain editorial calendars and content schedules
• Stay updated on trends, tools, and platform algorithm changes

Graphic Design & Content Creation

• Design high-quality social media posts, stories, and digital creatives
• Use design tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW, or similar
• Ensure brand consistency across all visual and written content
• Collaborate with other departments for content needs

Requirements:

• Experience: 1–2 years in social media marketing & content creation
• Education: BCom / BBA / MBA (Preferred)
• Proficiency in graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, CorelDRAW or equivalent)
• Strong understanding of SEO and web traffic analytics
• Solid knowledge of Instagram, Pinterest, Google, and other trending platforms
• Experience with content management systems and scheduling tools
• Up-to-date with latest digital trends, hashtags, and platform updates
• Strong communication skills in English (Preferred)

Preferred Certifications:

• Digital Marketing Certification (Preferred)

Work Requirements:

• Ability to reliably commute or relocate to Kolkata, West Bengal before starting work
