PMS is cloud based so can be accessed from anywhere. Breakdown Forms Insurance Claims Aging Report Regular follow-up with the insurance provider to know the status of the submitted claims. Dental Billing Ensure that the office has no account receivables as the team guarantees that all the claims are called within 30 days of being sent. Once the day at the office gets over, pull the report of the list of patients who came with insurance. All claims to be sent appropriately with any kind of attachment if required. Ensure that office receives payment on time by constant follow-up Daily reports to be sent to the office of all the claims which are submitted daily. Ensure that all proper attachments are done, like X-rays, Perio-Charting with narratives written by the Dental office. Payments Posting Make sure that payments are posted with the proof (image of the payment receipt) and recording it in the Insurance EOB section Log in to the website to retrieve all the payments daily. Post the payment information in the ledger daily. A note will be made based on a spreadsheet with the patient insurance company, if any, with findings, and then the office will have to approve, and we will make a write-off. Ensure up-to-date management of payment posting and keep you informed about the received and pending payments. Credentialing Provide end to end credentialing support wherein we can connect offices with the insurances of the dental office choices whether they want to be in network directly or under an umbrella of third party insurances like Connection Dental, Careington or etc. New credentialing: A brand New or Initial Contract of the Dentist with the new insurance or network.
