Job Title: Senior Manager-Revenue Cycle Management Location: Bengaluru/ Bangalore Job Summary: The Senior Manager will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the revenue cycle processes within a dental startup organization. This role involves leading and mentoring a team of billing and coding specialists, ensuring they meet performance metrics and quality standards, and ensure compliance with billing and coding regulations for multiple dental offices in the U.S. Role & responsibilities Supervise daily operations: Manage the billing, coding, and collection processes to ensure accurate and timely revenue capture Manage and mentor a team of RCM professionals, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to ensure the team's success and growth. Preferred candidate profile Master's degree in business administration, information technology, or a related field.
