Role Overview:
We are actively seeking a passionate and experienced Digital Marketing Expert who can drive strategic marketing initiatives, manage paid campaigns, generate leads, and create impactful content. The ideal candidate will play a key role in boosting our digital presence across platforms like LinkedIn, Instagram, and Google.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, execute, and manage strategic digital marketing campaigns.
• Plan and run paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Instagram Ads, etc.).
• Drive high-quality lead generation activities aligned with business goals.
• Create engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, and campaigns.
• Optimize website and content for SEO and Google ranking improvements.
• Monitor and manage social media accounts (LinkedIn, Instagram) with creative ideas to increase engagement.
• Analyze campaign performance, generate reports, and recommend improvements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• 3 to 5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Strong expertise in paid advertising campaigns and lead generation strategies.
• Excellent working knowledge of SEO, Google Optimization, and content marketing best practices.
• Experience with tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, etc.).
• Proven ability to create engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, and marketing copies.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram marketing strategies.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written) and creative thinking.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Preferred Skills:

• Certification in Digital Marketing (Google, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
• Experience working in a tech services or consulting environment.
