Career Advisory Executive

Role Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Career Advisory Executive to join our Counselling Department. As a Career Advisory Executive, you will play a key role in lead follow-ups, building customer relationships, and driving business growth.

Responsibilities :

• Handle inbound and outbound calls for IT training inquiries.
• Follow up on leads generated through digital marketing, walk-ins, and partner networks.
• Provide accurate information on training programs, schedules, and placement opportunities.
• Record all call interactions, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM/Google Sheets.
• Coordinate with counseling and placement teams for seamless student handover.
• Share insights on lead quality and campaign outcomes with the concerned department.
• Maintain professionalism and courtesy during every interaction.
• Achieve daily and monthly call and conversion targets as defined by the Operations Manager.

Requirements :

• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, and Telugu.
• Strong persuasive and interpersonal abilities.
• Good listening and objection-handling skills.
• Familiarity with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
• Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision.
• Goal-oriented attitude with commitment to targets.
