Role Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and organized Admin & HR Associate who will play a dual role in managing administrative operations and supporting the Human Resource functions, particularly in Training Coordination and Job Placement Enquiries . This role demands strong interpersonal skills, an excellent grasp of MS Office tools, and a flair for professional networking—especially on LinkedIn. Key Responsibilities: Administrative Responsibilities: Maintain and manage office operations including scheduling, documentation, and communication logistics. Prepare and maintain reports, training schedules, attendance records, and feedback summaries. Provide administrative support to trainers and internal teams during training programs. Ensure smooth coordination of online/offline training sessions. HR & Training Coordination: Handle enquiries related to training programs and job placements. Assist in managing the lifecycle of candidates from onboarding to placement. Track training outcomes and coordinate post-training evaluations and job assistance. Maintain and update candidate databases and follow up with training alumni for placement status. Public Relations & Communication: Act as a professional point of contact for trainees, candidates, clients, and corporate partners. Maintain active professional engagement with candidates through LinkedIn and email. Build and nurture relationships with hiring managers, placement coordinators, and recruitment partners. Represent Applogic Consulting in job fairs, career expos, and virtual events when required. Social Media & LinkedIn PR: Maintain and grow Applogic’s presence on LinkedIn through regular posts, engagement, and professional outreach. Connect with industry professionals, candidates, and influencers to boost the visibility of training and placement services. Share updates about new batches, job openings, success stories, and placement drives on social platforms. Preferred Qualities: Prior experience in training or placement coordination. Familiarity with job portals and candidate sourcing. A professional attitude with a learner’s mindset. Tech-savvy and social media friendly. Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Commission pay Performance bonus Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 12/06/2025 Expected Start Date: 16/06/2025
