🎯 Role Overview

🔑 Key Responsibilities

Website & Conversion Optimization

• Manage and optimise the Shopify website
• Improve PDPs, navigation, landing pages, and merchandising
• Run A/B tests to improve conversion rate
• Ensure fast, clean, mobile-friendly user experience

Digital Growth & Performance

• Track daily traffic, CAC, ROAS, conversion rate & revenue metrics
• Coordinate with performance marketing agency for ads
• Identify winning SKUs, improve funnels and optimise spends

Content & UGC Management

• Coordinate UGC shoots with creators
• Plan landing pages & campaign creatives
• Upload banners, product images, size charts & descriptions

Email/SMS/WhatsApp Automation

• Create and manage flows:
• 
  
• Welcome
• Cart Abandon
• Browse Abandon
• Post-purchase
• Winback
• Improve returning customer rate

Catalog & Merchandising

• Ensure accurate product listings
• Update descriptions, tags, SEO keywords
• Plan festive drops and category collections

Reporting

• Weekly and monthly performance dashboards
• Insights on traffic, content, funnels and customer behaviour
• Recommendations for improving CRO and reducing bounce

💡 What We’re Looking For

• 1–2 years experience in D2C / Shopify / Performance-driven digital marketing
• Strong understanding of website conversion, funnels, and e-commerce metrics
• Comfortable with Shopify, basic design tools, Excel/Sheets
• Ability to work fast, think independently and take ownership
• Someone who enjoys fashion, digital growth and problem-solving

✨ Good-to-Have Skills

• Basic knowledge of Meta/Google ads
• Experience with Klaviyo / Mailchimp / SMS tools
• Worked with influencers / UGC creators
• Basic Canva or creative editing skills
