About Us: We are a fast-growing company focused on producing premium-quality dehydrated mango chunks. As we expand into new markets and enhance our digital footprint, we are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Content Creation & Management: Plan, create, and manage content (posts, videos, blogs) across platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and YouTube. Social Media Marketing: Build and grow our social media presence, increase engagement, and run paid campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn). Email Marketing: Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns for B2B clients and consumer segments using tools like Mailchimp or HubSpot. Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Optimize website and content for organic traffic using relevant keywords and strategies. Performance Marketing: Run and monitor Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads for lead generation and brand awareness. Website Management: Collaborate with the web team to update landing pages, analyze traffic, and improve UI/UX for conversions. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs using Google Analytics, Meta Insights, and ad dashboards. Provide weekly/monthly performance reports and recommendations. Requirements: 0-1 year of experience in digital marketing or performance marketing roles. Strong grasp of Meta Ads, Google Ads, and email marketing tools. Knowledge of SEO best practices and basic HTML/WordPress (a plus). Creativity in content writing, design briefing, and campaign ideation. Strong analytical skills and experience with reporting tools.
