What You'll Be Doing (Your Key Responsibilities)

In this full-time, in-office role, you will be responsible for a mix of marketing, development, and design tasks:

• Website Development & Maintenance: Build, update, and maintain our websites using platforms like WordPress (Divi, Elementor) and Shopify.
• Web Design & User Experience: Focus on web designing and improving the website's structure, speed, and overall user experience (UX) to ensure easy navigation.
• SEO Strategy & Management: Plan and execute both content and technical SEO campaigns to ensure our website ranks high on Google. This includes regular audits and keyword research.
• Creative Content & Image Creation: Develop, write, and optimize human-centered content. This includes creating engaging images, flyers, newsletters, and social media posts using graphic design tools.
• Tool Usage: Effectively use specialized SEO tools (like SEMRush or Screaming Frog) and perform speed optimization techniques.

What We're Looking For (Required Skills)

We are seeking a versatile executive with strong technical and creative skills:

• Experience: 3–4 years of hands-on experience in Digital Marketing, with a focus on SEO, content, and web management.
• Design Skills: Proficiency in web design and graphic design principles. Experience using Canva Pro or similar design software is a plus.
• Technical SEO: Good working knowledge of technical SEO best practices and implementation.
• AI Familiarity: Experience using ChatGPT or other AI tools for content ideation and optimization.
• Content Skills: Excellent writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Language: Very strong knowledge of US English language and grammar (as we cater to a US audience).
• Platform Familiarity: Comfortable working with WordPress, Shopify, and basic styling using CSS.
