Job Description

We are looking for a creative, results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage and optimize online marketing campaigns, grow our digital presence, and support the development of effective strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels including Google Ads, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X, etc.).
  • Conduct keyword research, track SEO performance, and collaborate on content optimization.
  • Create, schedule, and publish engaging digital content (posts, ads, landing pages, newsletters, etc.).
  • Use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.) to measure campaign performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct competitor and market research to inform digital strategy.
  • Assist in developing and implementing the digital marketing roadmap and promotional calendars.
  • Monitor online trends and propose new digital strategies or platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, designers, and external agencies to execute campaigns.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and present insights and recommendations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, social media advertising, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency with key marketing tools: Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, CRM/email platforms, and CMS tools (e.g., WordPress).
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and convert insights into strategy.
  • Good organizational and project-management abilities.
  • Creativity, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.

Preferred Qualifications (Optional)

  • Experience with marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Mailchimp, Zoho, etc.).
  • Knowledge of basic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Photoshop).
  • Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization (CRO).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
