Role Overview :


  • We are seeking a smart, data-driven, and adaptable Performance Marketing Executive with
  • 6 months to 1 year of experience, specifically in running Meta (Facebook & Instagram) ads.
  • This role is ideal for someone looking to rapidly grow their skills in digital marketing while
  • contributing directly to user acquisition and revenue growth.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Execute and optimize Meta (Facebook and Instagram) ad campaigns to drive
  • conversions, leads, and traffic.
  • Collaborate closely with content and design teams to conceptualize creatives that
  • perform well across different audience segments.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance using Meta Ads Manager,
  • Google Analytics, and internal dashboards.
  • Conduct A/B tests for creatives, copy, audience targeting, and landing pages.
  • Stay updated with platform changes, algorithm updates, and industry best practices.
  • Assist in audience segmentation, retargeting strategy, and funnel optimization.
  • Identify trends and insights, and apply data-driven decision-making to improve ROI.


Requirements :


  • 1–2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram).
  • Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA,
  • etc.).
  • Comfortable with numbers, analytics tools, and making data-led decisions.
  • Self-motivated, eager to learn, and adaptable to changing campaign needs or growth
  • targets.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
  • Good to Have
  • Exposure to lead generation in the ed-tech or B2C D2C space.
  • Basic knowledge of creative testing and consumer psychology.
