Digital Marketing Executive

Role & responsibilities

• Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads)
• Manage companys social media presence (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube)
• Run and monitor paid ad campaigns (performance marketing)
• Drive lead generation, traffic growth, and audience engagement
• Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Business Manager, etc.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices
• Handle email marketing campaigns and automations (Mailchimp, mailercloud, etc.)
• Collaborate with content and design team for creatives and content planning
• Optimize website and landing pages for performance (basic knowledge of WordPress preferred)

Preferred Candidate Profile:

• Proven work experience of 1-2 years in Digital Marketing or Performance Marketing roles
•  Strong understanding of Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram Ads), Online Marketing, Lead Generation etc.
•  Experience with marketing tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Canva, Mailchimp etc.
•  Creative mindset with ability to design and execute campaigns end-to-end
•  Good communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
•  Preferably from EdTech, E-commerce, or Agency background
•  Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice period will be preferred
