Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for converting leads into customers by promoting our finance and AI-related online courses and Memberships, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and meeting sales targets. 


Role & responsibilities

 

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats to understand student needs.
  • Counsel prospective students about relevant courses based on their background and goals.
  • Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
  • Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
  • Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM.
  • Meet or exceed weekly/monthly enrollment targets.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) for smooth onboarding.
  • Represent Studycafes values and maintain professional communication at all times.


Preferred candidate profile

 

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
  • Prior experience in telesales, academic counseling, or EdTech is a plus.
  • Basic understanding of skill courses is preferred.
  • CRM and MS Office knowledge is a bonus.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated.
