Job Description

Studycafe is a leading platform in the education and upskilling sector, offering a wide range of professional courses and resources for students, working professionals, and Chartered Accountants. With a growing learner base across India, we aim to empower individuals with practical knowledge, industry insights, and career-enhancing skills.

Role & responsibilities

Pitch Studycafe’s courses, workshops, and membership plans to prospective clients.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales and contribute to overall revenue growth.
Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns and follow up on leads.
Provide feedback from customers to the product and content team for continuous improvement.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities in CRM/Excel and prepare regular reports.
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and WhatsApp chats to understand student needs.
Counsel prospective students about relevant courses based on their background and goals.
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns.
Convert leads into enrollments through consultative selling.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales in CRM.
Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, operations) for smooth onboarding.

Preferred candidate profile

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills.
Graduate in any discipline (BBA/PGDM in Sales/Marketing preferred).
1–3 years of experience in sales, preferably in the education/ed-tech sector.
Strong ability to build rapport with clients and close sales.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work under minimal supervision.
Proficiency in MS Office; familiarity with CRM tools will be an added advantage.
