Job Description

Job Overview:

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team in a service-based IT company. This role will focus on promoting our IT services in the UK and US markets. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, building brand awareness, and generating leads to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research:

    Conduct research to understand market trends, customer behavior, and competitor activities in the UK and US.
  • Campaign Management:

    Plan, execute, and optimize multi-channel marketing campaigns (email, social media, content, etc.) to generate leads and raise brand awareness.
  • Content Creation:

    Develop and manage marketing content (blog posts, whitepapers, case studies, social media posts) tailored to the UK and US audience.
  • Digital Marketing:

    Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies, including SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical optimization), SEM (Google Ads, PPC campaigns), and social media marketing both organic and paid- to enhance online visibility, drive targeted traffic, and generate high-quality leads.
  • Branding & Positioning:

    Ensure consistent branding across all marketing channels and materials to reinforce the company's value proposition in overseas markets.
  • Analytics & Reporting:

    Monitor, analyse, and report on campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, social media insights, and email metrics.
  • Collaborative Efforts:

    Work closely with the sales, business development, and product teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with business goals.

Designing Skills: Should have experience in using design tools like Adobe.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the IT or tech services industry.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, SEO/SEM, email marketing, social media platforms).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create engaging content.
  • Knowledge of the UK and US markets, particularly their digital behavior and business needs.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects.
  • Experience with CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) is a plus.
