🕒 Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM to 7:30 PM (On site)


Digital Marketing Executive

In this role, you will review and evaluate the work of Digital Marketing professionals from around the world. Your responsibility is to maintain quality standards, verify expertise, curate talent, and support the Marketplace in presenting only high performing and trustworthy professionals to global clients.

This position is perfect for someone who understands digital marketing deeply and enjoys evaluating strategy, communication, performance, and overall delivery quality.


Key Responsibilities

  • Review the profiles, portfolios, and case studies of Digital Marketing professionals who apply to join our Marketplace.
  • Evaluate the quality of work in areas such as SEO, paid campaigns, content strategy, email marketing, analytics, and social media management.
  • Assess communication quality, clarity, tone, professionalism, and the overall client experience provided by the applicant.
  • Verify the accuracy and quality of delivered marketing materials, campaign structures, reports, and strategy documents.
  • Prepare clear and structured evaluation notes and recommendations for internal teams.
  • Identify red flags, skill gaps, inconsistencies, and any performance concerns in submitted work.
  • Curate talented professionals for different categories within the Marketplace based on expertise and client demand.
  • Stay updated on new digital marketing trends, tools, algorithms, and industry best practices in order to maintain modern and relevant evaluation standards.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to refine evaluation guidelines and improve quality control processes.


Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor or Master degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or any related field.
  • Two to four years of experience in Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, or Performance Marketing.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, paid advertising, Google Analytics, content strategy, and social media management.
  • Experience with major tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and HubSpot.
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to judge both creative and technical quality.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to evaluate work objectively and provide clear and constructive feedback.
