Digital Marketing Executive

Digital Marketing Executive

Responsibilities & Duties:

· Plan, execute, and manage digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and paid ads.

· Create engaging content for social media, website, and marketing materials.

· Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and generate reports to optimize results.

· Work on SEO/SEM activities to increase website traffic and ranking

· Coordinate with graphic & content team for creatives and ads.

· Handle Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram Ads, and other paid campaigns.

Qualifications

· Monitor brand mentions, reviews, and feedback across social platforms, forums & review portals.

· Respond to customer reviews professionally & resolve queries/concerns in coordination with internal teams.

· Track competitor reputation & industry trends.

· Build and maintain positive brand sentiment across digital channels.

· Manage feedback escalation and ensure timely closure.

Skills & Requirements:

· Proven experience in Digital Marketing & ORM.

· Strong understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.).

· Knowledge of SEO/SEM tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush etc. preferred).

· Good communication & content writing skills.

· Analytical mindset with ability to interpret digital metrics.

· Creative thinking & problem-solving ability.

Salary

2.4Lakh – 3Lakh per Annum
