Digital Marketing Executive

About the Role

We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who is skilled in SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and Social Media Marketing. The ideal candidate should be both strategic and hands-on, able to design growth strategies, execute campaigns, and measure performance across multiple platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute end-to-end digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, leads, and conversions.
• Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), and other paid campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Plan and run social media campaigns with engaging content and targeted ads.
• Perform in-depth SEO (on-page, off-page, technical) to drive organic traffic and improve rankings.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and market research to identify opportunities.
• Create and manage monthly marketing calendars aligned with business goals.
• Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Ads Manager, Search Console, etc.
• Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing.

Requirements

• Proven 1.5 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing (SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads & Social Media).
• Strong expertise in search engine optimization, paid ads strategy, and campaign execution.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads Manager, Facebook Business Manager, Analytics tools.
• Ability to create strategies from scratch and execute them independently.
• Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
• Excellent communication and content planning skills.

Preferred Skills (Bonus Points)

• Knowledge of LinkedIn Ads, YouTube Ads, and influencer collaborations.
• Experience with marketing automation & CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
