Digital Marketing Executive

➡️Educational Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration, or any related field.➡️Experience0-1 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing.Experience in running Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns is mandatory.Prior experience in lead generation campaigns is preferred.➡️Technical SkillsStrong understanding of Meta Business Suite & Google Ads Manager.Basic knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and website management.Ability to analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics, CRM tools, and Excel.Basic content writing skills for ad copies, captions, and social media posts.Create, plan and manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms.Design creative posters, banners and promotional materials using tools like Photoshop and Canva.Edit and produce engaging video content using CapCut, InShot, and other editing tools.Manage day-to-day activities of company social media accounts, including posting, scheduling and audience engagement.Set up, monitor and optimise social media advertisements to achieve campaign goals.Execute email marketing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.➡️Soft SkillsStrong communication and coordination skills.Creative thinking and ability to plan engaging content.Detail-oriented with good time management.Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.Problem-solving mindset and willingness to learn.➡️Additional RequirementsShould be available to work on-site in Trivandrum.Immediate joiners or candidates with 1-month notice preferred.Should be comfortable working with project deadlines and cross-functional teams.Pay Scale💰 Salary Range: ₹18,000 – ₹22000 per month(Final CTC based on experience, performance, and skill level)Travel allowance (if required)Professional training support
