Training and Curriculum Associate-Electronics

As an Academic Associate at our company, your primary responsibility will be to support academic initiatives in the field of MTech Electronics. You will have the opportunity to contribute to curriculum design, training support, content preparation, and academic coordination. Key Responsibilities: - Assist in designing and developing electronic engineering curriculum and training modules. - Prepare academic content, lab manuals, presentations, and assessments. - Support faculty and trainers in delivering high-quality training sessions. - Conduct research and benchmarking to ensure curriculum aligns with industry trends and academic standards. - Provide academic assistance to students, including doubt clarification, project guidance, and mentoring. - Coordinate academic schedules, workshops, and training programs. - Support in continuous improvement of academic processes and training delivery. - Ensure effective documentation and maintenance of academic materials. Qualifications: - MTech in Electronics / Electrical / related specializations. - Strong academic background with interest in curriculum development and training. - Excellent communication and presentation skills. - Ability to work collaboratively with academic and training teams.
