Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: On-Page Optimization: Perform keyword research and analysis to identify trends. Optimize website content, meta descriptions, headers, and tags for search engines. Ensure pages are structured correctly using best practices (URL, titles, interlinking, etc.). Create and optimize landing pages for SEO performance. Off-Page Optimization: Develop and implement link-building strategies. Identify and collaborate with relevant sites to create backlinks. Monitor competitors’ backlink strategies to improve off-page performance. Technical SEO: Audit websites for technical issues like crawling, indexing, and site speed. Optimize websites for mobile-friendliness and improve user experience. Coordinate with web developers to fix technical SEO issues. Content Marketing: Collaborate with content writers to ensure SEO-friendly content. Create content briefs with keywords to improve organic ranking. Analyze content performance and suggest improvements. Analytics and Reporting: Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO platforms (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs). Prepare performance reports to track KPIs (e.g., rankings, traffic, conversions). Use data insights to refine SEO strategies. Stay Updated with Trends: Keep up with changes in search engine algorithms and best practices. Implement new strategies to stay competitive in search rankings. Required Skills: Proficiency in SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, Moz, SEMrush). Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics for SEO implementation. Strong analytical skills to interpret data and performance metrics. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with developers, writers, and stakeholders. Up-to-date knowledge of SEO trends and algorithms (e.g., Google’s core updates). Experience with CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress) is a plus. Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field. 1-2 years of experience in SEO or digital marketing. Certifications in SEO or Google Analytics are advantageous. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Improvement in organic search traffic. Increase in keyword rankings. Growth in conversion rates from organic search. Reduction in bounce rates.
