Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns for residential projects
• Manage paid ads on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and relevant property portals
• Optimize landing pages and lead funnels for maximum conversion
• Coordinate with design and content teams for campaign creatives
• Track and report campaign analytics, website traffic, and ROI
• Manage SEO, SEM, social media marketing, and remarketing efforts
• Support offline branding activities and sync them with online strategy

Required Skills

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, SEM)
• Ability to interpret analytics and apply optimization techniques
• Familiarity with real estate marketing trends and buyer psychology
• Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative coordination skills
• Proficiency in digital tools: Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Excel
• Self-starter with a results-oriented approach
• Willingness to travel locally for branding coordination

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or relevant field (preferred)
• 1–2+ years of experience in real estate digital marketing OR
• Freshers with solid knowledge and hands-on exposure in DM tools

Important Eligibility Criteria

• Male candidates only
• Must own a 2-wheeler
• Local Bangalore residents only (within 10–12 km from office)
• No outstation profiles will be considered
• Immediate joining required

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
