Role Overview
We are seeking a creative, data-driven Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize integrated digital campaigns across search, social, email, and display channels. You will lead efforts to boost brand visibility, drive qualified traffic, and convert leads into customers by applying SEO, paid media, social advertising, email CRM, and analytics best practices.Key Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and manage integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels to enhance brand awareness and increase online traffic.
- Analyze and report on campaign performance using key metrics and actionable insights to continuously improve ROI and KPIs.
- Plan and execute digital marketing activities including SEO/SEM, marketing database initiatives, email campaigns, social media, and display advertising.
- Design, build, and maintain a consistent and engaging social media presence across platforms.
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess results against goals (ROI and KPI).
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on those insights.
- Brainstorm and test new creative growth strategies to increase traffic and conversion rates.
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests (A/B and multivariate) to improve user funnels.
- Collaborate with design, product, and content teams to create high-converting landing pages and improve user experience.
- Use strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and touch points.
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels to improve CAC and LTV.
- Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate to enhance marketing effectiveness.
- Demonstrate strong organizational and multi-tasking skills while managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders.
- Lead SEO/SEM strategy and execution, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and paid search management.
Requirements
- Graduate with a diploma/degree in digital marketing or a related field.
- Proven working experience of 2–4 years in digital marketing with measurable results.
- Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and/or display advertising campaigns.
- Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and convert.
- Experience optimizing landing pages and user funnels for conversion rate improvements.
- Hands-on experience with A/B and multivariate testing methodologies.
- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, GA4) and reporting platforms.
- Experience setting up and optimizing Google Ads (AdWords) and other paid media channels.
