About The Job

We’re seeking a data-driven and creative Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. You’ll be responsible for strategizing, executing, and optimizing marketing campaigns across digital channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The ideal candidate understands how to blend creativity with analytics to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand goals.
Plan monthly campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn.
Research competitors, trends, and keywords to identify growth opportunities.
Content Marketing
Collaborate with the content and design teams to plan and publish blogs, social media posts, newsletters, and ad creatives.
Optimize content for SEO and engagement across platforms.
Maintain brand tone and consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Performance Marketing & Advertising
Plan, launch, and monitor campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
Manage budgets, track spend, and optimize campaigns for ROI.
Conduct A/B testing for creatives, keywords, and ad copies to improve performance.
Search Engine Optimization (SEO)
Conduct keyword research and on-page optimization to improve organic visibility.
Monitor website performance using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics.
Coordinate with the development team to ensure SEO best practices are implemented.
Analytics & Reporting
Track and analyze KPIs such as CTR, CPC, CAC, conversions, and website traffic.
Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and SEMrush to measure effectiveness and guide decisions.
Collaboration
Work closely with design, content, and product teams to align marketing efforts with larger business objectives.
Coordinate with external vendors or agencies when required for campaigns or partnerships.
