Perform audience research, split testing (A/B), and reduce cost per lead.
Monitor campaign performance daily and prepare reports.
Creative & Content Coordination: Plan ad creatives, carousels, and video concepts aligned with campaign goals.
Coordinate with graphic designers or edit basic creatives themselves if required.
Ensure all creatives meet branding guidelines and conversion-focused design principles.
Lead Quality Management: Monitor lead flow to ensure relevance and quality.
Suggest landing page/form improvements for better conversions.
Work closely with clients’ sales teams to pass feedback and refine targeting.
Social Media Management: Plan and post regular content on client accounts (static posts, reels, stories).
Maintain consistency of brand voice and engagement.
Respond or coordinate with clients to handle comments/messages if needed.
Performance Analysis & Reporting: Prepare weekly/monthly reports with insights and recommendations.
Track key metrics (CPL, CTR, CPM, conversions) to demonstrate ROI.
Market Research & Strategy: Keep updated with Meta Ads trends, policies, and competitor campaigns.
Suggest new ideas to scale campaigns or explore additional platforms (Google, LinkedIn).
Client Coordination: Handle day-to-day updates and approvals with clients.
Ensure tasks are delivered on time without your constant intervention.
Process Ownership: Take full responsibility for campaign results and daily execution.
Document strategies and maintain a clear workflow to avoid missed tasks.
