Payment Coordination

Maintain payment records and update management regularly.
Operational Support
Coordinate with internal teams (designers, marketers, etc.) for smooth execution.
Ensure timelines are tracked and deliverables are communicated.
Maintain daily reports of client interactions and tasks completed.
Record Keeping
Keep organized files of client details, agreements, invoices, and correspondence.
Update CRM or internal tracking sheets regularly.
Client Relationship Management
Maintain professional, positive relationships with clients.
Provide updates when required and escalate issues to management.
