The ideal candidate will oversee the online marketing strategy for the organization by planning and executing Lead Generation, Digital marketing campaigns. This candidate will launch SM posts, advertisements and create content to increase brand awareness. This candidate will have previous digital marketing experience and be able to monitor the company's social media presence. Core Responsibilities: Generate leads through digital campaigns targeting both domestic and international markets. Manage and optimize CRM entries – ensure lead data is clean, categorized, and up to date. Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Use LinkedIn and other social platforms for B2B prospecting and connection-building. Coordinate with sales team to hand over qualified leads, follow ups and track lead conversion status. Analyze digital campaign performance and provide regular reports. Perform keyword research and SEO tasks to support organic lead generation efforts. Use marketing tools and automation platforms . Competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and target audiences. Preferred Skills Proficiency in Google Analytics , Search Console , and Google Ads . Experience with SEO tools. Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM software . Strong content skills to digital poster designing, support blog posts, social media captions, and email templates. Basic understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO). Soft Skills & Attributes Analytical mindset with a results-driven approach. Good communication skills for coordination with internal teams and responding to prospects. Initiative-taking and a keen interest in exploring new digital trends and tools. Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines.
