Job Description

Job Location: Kochi, India Minimum Experience: 1 year Key Responsibilities (Lead Generation): Identify and generate new B2B leads for IT Services using LinkedIn, email outreach, job portals, Online AI tools and online research. Qualify leads by understanding business needs and aligning them with our service offerings. Work closely with Sales team to schedule discovery calls or meetings with qualified leads. Maintain a database of potential clients and regularly update lead tracking sheets/CRMs. Collaborate with the Sales team to develop outreach strategies for different industries and markets. Follow up on cold and warm leads through calls, emails, LinkedIn messages, or other means. Submit weekly reports on leads generated, contacted, and meetings set. Setting up meetings with qualified leads and decision makers in organizations Key Responsibilities (Digital Marketing): Plan and execute email marketing campaigns to nurture leads and convert them into qualified opportunities. Use LinkedIn and other social platforms for B2B prospecting and connection-building. Coordinate with sales team to hand over qualified leads, follow ups and track lead conversion status. Analyze digital campaign performance and provide regular reports. Perform keyword research and SEO tasks to support organic lead generation efforts. Use marketing tools and automation platforms. Competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and target audiences. Requirements: Proven experience in lead generation, preferably in the IT Service and B2B sales. Proficiency in Google Analytics, Search Console, and Google Ads. Strong research skills and proficiency in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, ZoomInfo, or similar tools. Excellent oral/written communication and email etiquette. Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently. Basic knowledge of IT and related services is a must.
