Experience - 2–3 years of proven experience in running and managing ad campaigns on Google Ads (Search, Performance Max) and Meta Ads (Leads, Engagement, Retargeting).
● Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta platforms.
● Manage ad budgets effectively to generate quality leads with a strong ROI.
● Implement conversion tracking, call tracking, and retargeting strategies.
● Analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and Meta Business Suite to derive actionable insights.
● Set up UTM parameters and deep links to ensure accurate attribution and reporting.
● Work closely with the content and design team to guide ad creatives.
● Coordinate with the operations and sales team for lead nurturing and feedback.
● Maintain ad performance dashboards and share weekly/monthly reports.
● Stay updated with algorithm changes and industry best practices.
● Knowledge of social media marketing across platforms to drive measurable results.
● Strong analytical skills – ability to translate data into clear strategy.
● Strong English communication skills (spoken and written).
● Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and take ownership.

● Looker Studio, Google Sheets, Semrush, HubSpot, Mailchimp, Monday.com, Canva
