We are seeking a dynamic and creative Digital Marketing Executive with experience in the Goda Krishna Estates to develop, manage, and execute online marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will drive brand visibility, generate quality leads, and ensure strong digital engagement through SEO, social media, paid campaigns, content marketing, and more. Key Responsibilities: Plan, execute, and optimize digital lead generation campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube). Develop and manage the company’s social media strategy and content calendar. Manage and optimize the company website, landing pages, and online listings (MagicBricks, 99acres, Housing.com, etc.). Conduct SEO & SEM activities to improve website traffic and organic search rankings. Collaborate with design and content teams to create high-quality creatives, blog posts, email campaigns, and video content. Monitor and analyze campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and CRM platforms. Create and manage email marketing campaigns for project launches, updates, and lead nurturing. Coordinate with sales teams to align digital efforts with conversion goals. Stay updated on digital marketing trends and competitor activity in the real estate industry. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2+ years of experience in digital marketing (real estate experience preferred). Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO tools (SEMRush, Ahrefs), WordPress, and Email Automation Tools. Knowledge of real estate platforms (MagicBricks, 99acres, Commonfloor, etc.) is a strong plus. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
