Digital Marketing Executive

Job Summary: We are seeking a creative and result-oriented Digital Marketing Executive / Manager to lead our online marketing efforts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Google, and other digital platforms. The role involves crafting strategies, managing campaigns, building brand presence, and driving quality traffic that converts into leads and sales. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive social media marketing strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and YouTube. Plan and run paid campaigns on Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. Manage the company’s social media content calendar, ensuring consistent and engaging content. Work closely with the creative team to develop graphics, reels, stories, and promotional videos. Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics like reach, engagement, followers growth, and lead generation. Optimize campaigns to improve ROI, engagement rates, and cost per lead. Conduct competitor analysis to stay updated with digital trends and opportunities. Implement and monitor SEO and SEM strategies to improve website traffic. Coordinate email marketing campaigns for promotions and customer engagement. Engage with the online community by responding to comments, DMs, and inquiries. Qualifications & Skills: 2-5 years of experience in digital and social media marketing. Proven expertise in running and optimizing paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn. Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and Google Analytics. Excellent content creation, storytelling, and visual aesthetics understanding. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
