Job Role: Digital Marketing Executive – B2B & E-Commerce Focus

We are seeking a results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with a strong background in B2B lead generation and a working knowledge of E-Commerce marketing. The ideal candidate will be skilled in managing paid ad campaigns, driving organic growth, and enhancing online visibility across multiple digital platforms—especially in B2B environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, execute, and optimize paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads, with a focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies to improve search rankings and drive organic traffic from business audiences.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to improve conversion rates and ROI.
  • Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify B2B trends and growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and development teams to ensure messaging aligns with business buyer personas and brand objectives.
  • Prepare regular reports on campaign performance, ROI, and KPIs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B lead generation.
  • Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Campaign Manager.
  • Solid understanding of SEO (on-page, off-page, and technical).
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and ad reporting dashboards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in B2B funnel optimization and CRM integration.
  • Familiarity with marketing automation tools (e.g., HubSpot, Zoho, Mailchimp).
  • Basic understanding of E-Commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, WooCommerce) is a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
