Digital Marketing Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute online campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms.
• Manage social media handles—creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance.
• Perform SEO & SEM activities to increase website traffic and ranking.
• Optimize landing pages and ad copies to improve ROI and conversion rates.
• Generate monthly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations.
• Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, reels, and website content.
• Research market trends and competitor activities to strategize campaigns effectively.
• Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and lead nurturing sequences.
• Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms.
• Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all digital channels.

Required Skills

• Strong knowledge of

  Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools

  .
• Expertise in

  social media marketing, paid ads, and content planning

  .
• Familiarity with

  email marketing tools (Mailchimp / Klaviyo / HubSpot)

  is a plus.
• Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
• Basic understanding of

  Canva / Photoshop

  is an added advantage.
• Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (agency or brand side experience preferred).
