Digital Marketing Executive

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our Owned Media team as an Executive. In this role, you will be critically managing our stakeholders across the different BUs and driving customer engagement through effective strategies on Push Notification, WhatsApp, Email, SMS, and RCS via Automation.

You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver personalized and impactful journeys, ensuring that various metrics like CvR, CTR, Bounce, Unsubscribes, etc., are always tracked with zero execution errors during campaign setup on CleverTap/MoEngage.

• The role is within the Owned Media team at

  Panel

  , which is a central function across all Business Units. You will be required to design and execute customer-centric Owned Media strategies/journeys across Push Notifications, Emails, WhatsApp, and SMS/RCS. Leverage customer data and insights to drive targeted campaigns and personalized communication across various channels.

• Campaign management

  : Plan, execute, and monitor campaigns to engage customers at different stages of the customer lifecycle. , and City teams to ensure alignment and achieve campaign objectives. Continuously evaluate and optimize journey performance based on key metrics.

• Data analysis and reporting

  : Analyze campaign data, study customer behavior, and campaign performance to derive actionable insights. Prepare regular reports and observe dashboards to track KPIs, campaign effectiveness, CTRs, and CVRs. Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders.

Preferred candidate profile

Requirements

Additionally, experience with tools like Gupshup, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Netcore, etc., is a plus.
