Job Description: We are looking for a passionate and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, traffic, and conversions across multiple online platforms. Key Responsibilities Plan and execute online campaigns across Facebook, Instagram, Google Ads, and other digital platforms. Manage social media handles—creating engaging content, scheduling posts, and analyzing performance. Perform SEO & SEM activities to increase website traffic and ranking. Optimize landing pages and ad copies to improve ROI and conversion rates. Generate monthly marketing performance reports with insights and recommendations. Collaborate with design and content teams for creatives, videos, reels, and website content. Research market trends and competitor activities to strategize campaigns effectively. Manage email marketing campaigns, automation flows, and lead nurturing sequences. Monitor analytics using tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and similar platforms. Maintain brand identity and ensure consistency across all digital channels. Required Skills Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, and Analytics tools . Expertise in social media marketing, paid ads, and content planning . Familiarity with email marketing tools (Mailchimp / Klaviyo / HubSpot) is a plus. Ability to analyze data and convert insights into actionable strategies. Basic understanding of Canva / Photoshop is an added advantage. Excellent communication, creativity, and problem-solving skills. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1–3 years of experience in Digital Marketing (agency or brand side experience preferred).
