You want the freedom to experiment, build performance funnels, and be the go-to growth mind in a lean, agile team. What You’ll Own: End-to-end performance marketing (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, YouTube) Building and optimizing high-converting landing pages & funnels Running A/B tests and improving ad creatives/copy Deep data analysis, campaign forecasting, and budget optimization Collaborate with founders, design, and sales to align marketing and business goals What You Bring: Proven success with high-ROI campaigns (show us what you’ve done!) Advanced understanding of audience segmentation & retargeting Experience with CRO tools (e.g. Hotjar, VWO) and automation (Zapier, Make) Ability to write conversion-focused copy and brief designers effectively Soft Skills: Takes ownership and delivers outcomes Loves experimenting and sharing learnings Doesn’t wait for direction—asks “what’s next?” Growth Path: Lead role in 6–12 months based on performance.
