Role Overview (Execution-Focused)

We are hiring a Digital Marketing Executive (Execution Role) responsible for implementing, managing, and executing SEO, social media, and content marketing activities. The role requires strong hands-on skills, attention to detail, and the ability to follow defined plans and timelines provided by the marketing leadership.

Key Responsibilities

SEO Execution

• Execute and support on-page and off-page SEO initiatives
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis
• Optimize website pages, blogs, and landing pages for search visibility
• Monitor SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEO tools
• Track rankings, traffic, and organic growth metrics

Social Media Execution

Publish content across LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube,

And other as per approved calendar

Schedule posts, reels, carousels, and videos using social media tools

Monitor comments, messages, and engagement and escalate when required

Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms

Content Execution

Execute content tasks including blog uploads, formatting, basic editing, and publishing

Coordinate with designers and video editors to publish approved creatives

Repurpose provided content into multiple formats (posts, snippets, short videos)

Maintain content repositories and publishing schedules

Website & CMS Support

Upload blogs, landing pages, and updates on WordPress or CMS platforms

Ensure content is SEO-optimized during publishing

Perform basic website hygiene checks (broken links, page formatting)

Reporting & Coordination

Update daily/weekly execution reports

Track performance metrics as instructed

Coordinate with internal teams to close execution dependencies on time

Required Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 1 year of hands-on execution experience in digital marketing

Strong working knowledge of SEO, social media marketing, and content execution

Practical experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, CMS platforms

Ability to follow instructions, timelines, and defined processes

Good written communication and coordination skills

High attention to detail and consistency

Good to Have

Experience in B2B / IT / SaaS environments

Familiarity with Canva or basic design tools

Experience handling multiple execution tasks simultaneously

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹600,000.00 per year
