Job Title: Digital Marketing Executive Company: Confluence Research Services Location: [Indore ] Job Type: Full-Time | Experience: 1–3 Years Job Summary: Confluence Research Services is hiring a versatile and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive with expertise in SEO, web development, social media marketing (including reels and follower growth), and basic operations support. If you're looking to grow with a research-driven organization and have a passion for digital strategy and execution, we’d love to hear from you. Key Responsibilities: Plan and manage paid and organic digital marketing campaigns (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.) Design, update, and optimize the company website (WordPress/HTML/CSS) Execute SEO strategies: keyword research, on-page/off-page optimization, and performance tracking Create and manage social media content, including reels, to increase engagement and followers Track performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and Meta Insights Support email marketing, lead generation, and CRM updates Assist with day-to-day business operations and internal coordination Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field 1–3 years of relevant experience in digital marketing and web development Hands-on experience with WordPress, SEO tools, Google Analytics, and social media platforms Knowledge of Canva, content creation, and video editing for social media reels Strong communication and multitasking abilities Ability to adapt and work on cross-functional tasks including operations Why Join Us?
