Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Executive to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with digital campaigns, social media management, SEO, SEM, and analytics. You will play a key role in building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and generating leads.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies across all online channels.
  • Plan and execute campaigns for SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Social Media Ads, and Email Marketing.
  • Manage company social media profiles and content calendars (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, etc.).
  • Create engaging content for digital platforms, landing pages, blogs, and paid campaigns.
  • Track, analyse, and report campaign performance using tools such as Google Analytics, Search Console, Meta Ads Manager, etc.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimise content to improve rankings and visibility.
  • Collaborate with design, sales, and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging.
  • Monitor trends, competitor activities, and market insights to improve overall digital strategy.
  • Manage website updates, SEO improvements, and CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization).
  • Lead generation and funnel-building activities through targeted campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • Min 1 years of experience in digital marketing or a similar role.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, social media marketing, and email marketing.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Canva, CRM tools, etc.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B, SaaS, IT services, or tech-based companies.
  • Knowledge in Google Ads, HubSpot, Analytics, or Meta Ads.
  • Understanding of basic design tools (Canva, Figma) for content creation.
  • Good Communication Skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
